Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are determine the relations between SoulBedroom EURL (Limited company) incorporated in France under number 850 541 269 and VAT number: FR 19 850541269, hereinafter referred to as "SoulBedroom" and those wishing to make a purchase via the website http://www.soulbedroom.fr, hereinafter referred to as "user".

Object

These conditions apply to the distant sales on the territory of the European Union. They seek to define the terms of sale between SoulBedroom and the user, ordering services, including payment and delivery. They cover all the necessary steps for placing the order and tracking it between the contracting parties. The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any condition previously available on the site.

Order

The user can place an order online. The order can only be processed  if the user is clearly identified. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the prices and descriptions of goods sold. SoulBedroom undertakes to fulfill the received orders within the available stock of products. For each online order SoulBedroom send you an email confirmation of your order to the email address you provided.

Payment

You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard or Maestro card through Skrill (Moneybookers) or PayPal payment gateways. All payments are fully secure: the server is in encrypted mode and all the information is encoded. You enter your card number, your Card Verification Value (CVV) and expiration date.

SoulBedroom reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in case of:

- Inventory run out of stock

- Existing litigation with the user

- Refusal of the card trasaction by the banking organization

Rates

SoulBedroom reserves the right to change prices at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice. SoulBedroom expressly reserves the right to modify and / or adjust its prices upon invoicing to take into account any electronic or visual error related to the technique of distance selling through the Internet. 

Shipping

SoulBedroom agrees to dispatch the available items no later than 7 days after the confirmation. Delivery is free for all purchases dispatched with the mail service. Large and heavy items and those dispatched with courrier company are not affected. User is obliged to follow the shipment with the provided tracking number. In case of unsuccessful delivery (in case of wrong address, not working intercom, missing consignee), your package will be left at the local post office or GLS parcel shop. Duty of the user is to collect it from there as an user ID will be required. Your package will be kept there for 10 – 15 days, then it will be returned to the sender. 

Privacy Policy

SoulBedroom reserves the right to collect data about the user, especially those provided during the order or by the use of cookies (small file sent by a web server, which is recorded on the hard drive of your computer, which keeps track of the website visited and contains a certain amount of information on this visit). All personal data is intended for internal use by SoulBedroom.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one or all of your articles, you can return it for exchange or refund. All returns must be made ​​within 30 days of receipt, either by dropping the package in one of the Mondial Relay or Relais Colis parcel shops  for free, or by returning the parcel in other way at your expense to our addresses in France or Belgium. In order to speed up the handling with the refund SoulBedroom prefers the items to be are returned in their original packaging even if it’s opened or partially damaged.

Reimbursement shall be made to your credit card through PayPal or Skrill within 1 to 2 weeks.

Responsibility

Products are sent by regular mail or courier services. SoulBedroom therefore declines any liability for late delivery due to postal services or or resources of transport, in case of loss of the products ordered or strike. Transport risks are carried by the user, and user must submit any claims to the postal services or to the carrier. Moreover, it is clear that ownership of the products ordered will be transferred to the user after the total payment of the invoice price, including the cost of treatment and payment.
